One of CDHTac Fin’s medical kit solutions, commonly referred to as an IFAK.

This product is available in two sizes: B and B+.

The B+ variant features a slightly larger overall profile, providing increased capacity for additional medical equipment.

Both sizes are currently available in Multicam only.

The pouch consists of an adjustable outer sleeve housing a quick-pull medical insert. The sleeve size is fully adjustable via a hook-and-loop closure and features internal shock cord retention to securely hold medical contents.

The sleeve is secured using a 25mm side-release buckle (SRB) and can be removed from either the left or right side by releasing the buckle and pulling the integrated release tab.

Additional MOLLE and shock cord panels are located on the top and bottom of the pouch, allowing extra equipment—such as an additional tourniquet—to be secured externally.

Dedicated rear slots allow for the stowage of medical shears.

The pouch is MOLLE-mountable to both conventional webbing platforms and shooter’s belts.

Supplied complete with internal shock cord and cord locks.
